Warranty Policy Terms & Conditions
Oiva offers 5 years warranty against manufacturing defects.
Coverage:
The warranty covers Manufacturing defects for the period of 5 years from the date of purchase.
This warranty shall only be activated or effective if the proof of purchase (original sales receipt/ Warranty Card) is provided with all warranty claims or requests.
Exclusions:
1. The Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the product, deliberate scratching or scraping of the product. The warranty also does not cover damage resulting from accidents, acts of nature.
2. The warranty does not cover the scratches, cracks or breakage which should be reported immediately on receipt of the product.
3. The Warranty also does not cover any alteration or modifications or repairs not performed by company's authorized or appointed person.
4. The Warranty shall also not cover all or any damages caused due to improper care cleaning or due to negligence or non-adherence of care instructions as provided by the Company. Please refer to the cleaning & care instructions as provided with the product.
Breakage / Damage Policy:
The warranty shall not cover Glass breakage, damage, cracking and chipping. For safe and secure handling of the product, please follow the user and care manual instructions carefully as provided with the product. However, if the defect or damage is caused due to defect in the material or workmanship under the warranty period then it shall be eligible for repair or replacement by the Company.
One time replacement and repair:
The product under the warranty period if qualifies for repair or replacement in confirmation to the warranty policy shall be repaired or replaced one time only and thereafter the warranty shall be void for the same product.
Warranty Activation:
To avail the warranty activation is required. To activate the warranty please email a copy of your bill at customercare@oiva.in within 24 hours from the date of purchase.

After warranty activation to claim the warranty please inform the defect or damage of the product within 48 hours of the purchase only.
Provide your order number, contact information, and a detailed description of the issue.
Provide Proof: To better understand the nature of the defect or damage our team may ask you to share the photos or other documentation.
Resolution: On completion of the satisfactory verification of the claim the process for replacement or repair in the respective situation, shall initiate.
Packaging and Shipping:
In case of repair or replacement of product the customer shall pack the product properly in the company's original packaging in order to prevent any damage during transit. Ensure that the product is securely wrapped and protected to avoid further damage.
Assessment and Repair:
On receipt of the Product, our team will assess the issue and determine the cause and in case the issue is covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace the defective Product or component as necessary.
Return of product Shipment:
On completion of the repairing or replacing process, we will redispatch the product. However. We understand the importance of timely delivery and will strive to expedite the return shipment process once the repair or replacement is completed.
Limitation of Liability:
Oiva’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement as described above. Oiva is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
