Warranty Policy Terms & Conditions
D'dioss offers 1 year electrical component warranty for Adaptor/LED and 2 years for manufacturing defects.
Coverage:
The warranty covers adaptor for a period of 1 year and Manufacturing defects for the period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
This warranty shall only be activated or effective if the proof of purchase (original sales receipt/filled Warranty Card) is provided with all warranty claims or requests.
Exclusions:
1. The Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the product, deliberate scratching or scraping of the product. The warranty also does not cover damage resulting from accidents, acts of nature, or improper Installations.
2. The warranty does not cover scratches, cracks or broken which should be reported immediately on receipt of the products.
3. The Warranty also does not cover any alteration or modifications or repairs not performed by company's authorized or appointed person.
4. The Warranty shall also not cover all or any damages caused due to improper care cleaning or due to negligence or non-adherence of care instructions as provided by the Company. Please find the cleaning,care and installations instructions as mentioned after the warranty Policy.
5. The Warranty shall not cover the artwork, slightly varied strokes as each Masterpiece of art has its own beauty with slightly varied strokes which settles on its own and where artist's constant endeavour with their expertise makes it the closest match to the launched design. Therefore, this shall not be considered as manufacturing defect.
Breakage / Damage Policy:
The warranty shall not cover mirror breakage, damage, cracking and chipping. For safe and secure handling of the mirror please follow the user and care manual and installation instructions carefully. However, if the defect or damage is caused due to defect in the material or workmanship under the warranty period then it shall be eligible for repair and replacement by the Company.
One time replacement and repair:
The product under the warranty period if qualifies for repair or replacement in confirmation to the warranty policy shall be repaired or replaced one time only and thereafter the warranty shall be void for the same product.
Easy Part Replacement:
In the event that a component of your LED mirror malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect, we offer an easy part replacement service. The mirrors are designed in a way which makes it simple for you to replace any necessary parts. If a part needs to be replaced, simply contact our customer service team so that they can assist you by guiding you through the process to ensure a swift and straightforward resolution.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
Contact Us: To avail the warranty please contact our customer service team via email within warranty period. Please provide your order number, contact information, and a detailed description of the issue.
Provide Proof: To better understand the nature of the defect or damage our team may ask you to share the photos or other documentation.
Resolution: On completion of the verification of the claim the process for part replacement or arrange for a return and replacement/refund as applicable in the respective situation, shall initiate.
Packaging and Shipping:
In case of repair or replacement of any part or mirror the customer shall pack the mirror properly as the company originally delivered in order to prevent any damage during transit. Ensure that the mirror is securely wrapped and protected to avoid further damage.
The customer shall then ship the mirror to us at your expense, covering both the shipping charges to us and the return shipping charges.
Assessment and Repair:
On receipt of the mirror, our team will assess the issue and determine the cause and in case of the issue is covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace the defective components as necessary. In the event of replacement or repair, the Company always use genuine replacement parts to ensure the quality and longevity of your mirror.
Return Shipment:
On completion of the repairing or replacing process, we will redispatch the mirror. However, please note that the cost of packaging and shipping the repaired or replaced mirror back to you will be the responsibility of the customer. We understand the importance of timely delivery and will strive to expedite the return shipment process once the repair or replacement is completed.
Limitation of Liability:
D Dioss’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or store credit as described above. D Dioss is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages.

CLEANING AND CARE INSETRUCTIONS FOR ARTWORK
Do’s
· To clean it, use soft lint-free cloth only. Always begin the cleaning process by dusting off the artwork with a soft lint-free cloth to remove the dust particles, then clean with a damp cloth at last take a clean dry soft lint-free cloth to gently pat dry the artwork.
Don’ts
· Do not expose the artwork to sunlight, extreme heat, heaters, and radiators.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or any harsh chemicals instead use a damp cloth only.
CLEANING AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR MIRROR
Do’s
· Use normal tap water and a damp cloth to clean mirror.
· LED Mirrors- Always switch off the power supply during cleaning, and physical touch to the mirror.
· Cleaning and Dusting- Use a soft lint-free cloth, and gently wipe off the mirror in a circular motion to prevent streaks. For a streak-free shine, you can follow with a wipe using a crumpled piece of newspaper, and at last use a clean dry soft lint-free cloth to gently buff the mirror.
· Please ensure the protection of the artwork from any glass cleaners or chemicals while cleaning the mirror. Clean the mirror cautiously and gently by avoiding the edges of the artwork.
Don’ts
· Do not use abrasive cleaners or any harsh chemicals, use normal tap water and a damp cloth to clean the mirror.
